Faculty of Philology

The Science Festival is held in Kraków every May. It's a perfect opportunity to immerse in the world of science: talk to scientists, carry out scientific experiments, see exhibitions and listen to inspirational lectures.

This year the festival will take place from 10 – 12 May and will start with the concert of the musicians of the Music Academy in Kraków. The Kraków's Main Square will be occupied by numerous stalls, where scientists and students will present interesting facts and latest developments from their field of expertise.

The main aim of the event is to foster positive attitude to learning and to prove that science can be exciting. As part of the initiative some museums, institutes and workshops will open to the public free of charge. The festival will be concluded by a performance given by the artists of the Ludwik Solski State Drama School in Kraków.
