The fee covers all conference materials, coffee/tea and the welcome party. The fee does not cover the conference dinner, which is an optional event. The dinner fee
The conference fee (dinner fee excluded) should be paid to the organizers’ bank account by the end of July 2006. The account number The conference fee paid after August 1, 2006 is 150 Euro for all participants. Participants from Poland can pay in Polish zloties: 400 zloties (IASL members, graduate/post-graduate students) The dinner fee:
The conference fee should be paid in total and must not be reduced by your bank transfer operations. The fees should be paid between June 1, 2006, and July 31, 2006. The conference fee paid after August 1, 2006 is 150 Euro for all participants. IMPORTANT: The confererce fee that should be sent to the organizers' account CANNOT include the dinner fee. The organizers will collect it IN CASH upon the participants' arrival. The organizers will arrange hotel accommodation for the participants. The participants wishing to have their accommodation secured are requested to contact Dr. Grzegorz Szpila (grzegorzszpila@go2.pl), who is responsible for all hotel arrangements. As the choice of hotels and hostels in Kraków is wide, we ask the participants to specify their requirements and wishes concerning hotel accommodation. The hotel prices range from 30 Euro (cheap hotels and hostels in the city center) to 80 Euro in more expensive hotels in the city center. All hotels which we recommend are within easy walking distance of the conference venues. The fee should be paid into the bank account at: BPHPBK S.A.
