Seria "Classica Cracoviensia"

O czasopiśmie

Classica Cracoviensia jest serią naukową poświęconą kulturze antycznej grecko-rzymskiej, wydawaną przez Instytut Filologii Klasycznej Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. Założona w 1995 roku przez Stanisława Stabryłę, od roku 1996 redagowana przez Jerzego Stykę. Seria jest publikowana w językach kongresowym i w języku łacińskim. Od samego początku stanowi forum współpracy polskich i zagranicznych uczonych, filologów klasycznych, historyków starożytnych, archeologów klasycznych, językoznawców indoeuropejskich oraz przedstawicieli innych dyscyplin zainteresowanych starożytną kulturą grecko-rzymską.

Na łamach kolejnych tomów Classica Cracoviensia publikowane są artykuły naukowe będące włączeniem się polskich i zagranicznych uczonych w aktualną dyskusje międzynarodową w obrębie danej dyscypliny starożytniczej. Wydawane są także materiały z konferencji naukowych organizowanych przez Instytut Filologii Klasycznej we współpracy z partnerami zagranicznymi. Komitet Redakcyjny Classica Cracoviensia obok przedstawicieli Instytutu Filologii Klasycznej UJ skupia wybitnych uczonych z kilkunastu zagranicznych partnerskich uniwersytetów.

Wydawcą pisma jest Księgarnia Akademicka (www.akademicka.pl).
